It’s Still All About Debt––Everywhere in the World

Unlike most scientific discussions of civilization’s unraveling, The Extinction Protocol 2012 blog site includes war, famine, economic failure, strife and other disruptions within and between nations, along with disintegration in Nature as contributing factors.

In his book, ‘The Extinction Protocol:  2012 and Beyond,’ Alvin Conway decries the global materialism driving families and nations into deeper and deeper debt.   Those sinking valleys of debt––i.e. that nations in Europe are presently suffering from––are spreading to other parts of the world.

Apparently unaware of debt’s dangers, Indonesia just put itself in debt to the World Bank when it has no need to do so.  Australia’s reports:  “The World Bank has announced it’s ready to provide Indonesia with a $2 billion loan.”

While many nations in the world fight negative economic markets, Indonesia’s economy is booming.  But it accepts the World Bank’s ‘protection’ “as backstop against a potential debt crisis.”

So one of Asia’s fastest growing economies––growing faster than Europe or the United States––needs to borrow money “as a contingency against ‘possible future shocks and volatility’?”  Makes no sense to me!  Why not wait until the shocks come?  Oh, wait, that’s what Europe did.  Oh well, the down drain widens.

Next comes India.  Bhalchandra Mungekar, a member of India’s Congress and a former Planning Commission member, frantically warned that his government must take urgent steps to avoid a bigger economic crisis.

He speaks of  India’s deficits and runaway inflation.  The crisis will be the need to supplement inflation with international debt coming to the rescue. Insisting that officials “adopt urgent economic measures,” the Congressman warns the fragile economic problems of galloping debt will soon fall on India’s shores also.

Oh. Wait again! Colonialism!  My great-great grandma always said to check there first.  As usual she was right!  Wikipedia lists the “Legacy of Colonialism” as a major noose around the necks of Third World countries trying to break free!  And India, Indonesia, South Africa, etc.  are all former colonies:

“ . . . developing countries’ debt is partly the result of the transfer of the debts of the colonizing states to these countries, in billions of dollars, at very high interest rates. . . . for example shortly after freedom from apartheid, South Africa had to pay debts incurred by the apartheid regime.”

As the Book of Revelation promises, the only way out of this mess is end-time judgement.  The past must be paid for, and the future must be saved:  “Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of His judgment is come: and worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters (14: 7).”

Pushing Planet Earth Pass The Point of No Return, Part 2

posted by Jael Ever @ 16:30 PM
June 12, 2012

‘Scientific America’ titled its recent story on civilization collapsing “Apocalypse Soon.”  Its author Madhusree Mukerjee, likened world leaders to Wile E. Coyote whose obsession with catching Road Runner caused him to run off a deadly cliff––until in mid-air he realizes he is doomed.  Mukerjee is saying that ignorant, non-cooperating leaders are pushing all the Earth over death’s cliff.

One of the things that the World Wildlife Fund’s (WWF) Living Planet Report presented is that people are consuming more than Earth can replenish.  Richer countries do the most consuming, leaving larger ecological footprints.     Those ten top consuming and polluting nations, progressing downward from the guiltiest, include:   Qatar,  Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Denmark, Belgium, United States, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, and Ireland.

The WWF Report states:  “Between 1970 and 2008, the ecological footprint of high-income nations rose seven percent.  Over that period, the same index for poor countries tumbled 60%.  Richer nations are buying resources from poorer countries which have natural resources available to exploit.”

Jim Leape, Director General of WWF International, adds:  “What one of the things that we as a global community have been slow to realize is that even an industrialized economy will still demand very directly on the health of natural systems to provide the water we drink and to keep the climate stable.”

Some of the information on Earth’s condition was provided by European Space Agency astronaut Andre Kuipers from outer space:  “From space, you see the forest fires, you see the air pollution, you see erosion, . . . an alarming image of over-consumption and exploitation.”

For example, the Large Aral Sea has been shrinking for 50 years since the Soviet Union diverted the rivers that fed it.  Although nations built a dam in 2005 to reverse the shrinkage, the Sea’s southern end will be dry by 2020. The resulting 40,000 square kilometers of dry white salty desert, called Aralkum, kicks 150,000 tons of salt and sand across populations resulting in severe health problems.

Similar examples of modern inventions destroying Nature’s protections are evident around the world.  But world’s leaders refuse to cooperate in meaningful ways to slow down Earth’s destruction––and Earth refuses to cooperate as well.  With man-caused species extinctions, ocean and air pollution, forest destructions, etc., Earth allows mankind to push its Apocalypse––and man’s demise––forward.

In Genesis, God gave man dominion over Earth for a set period of time. But Adam gave that right of rulership over to Satan.  Disconnected from God, men no longer had His wisdom or inclination of peace on earth.  Bible prophecies indicate that this time period has nearly expired.  Until then, Satan’s character of lies, disruption and deceptive ‘cooperation’ attempts to rule and destroy Planet Earth.

Has Mankind Pushed Planet Earth Pass The Point of No Return?

posted by Jael Ever @ 15:57 PM

Coincidentally, several scientific experts have recently issued shocking reports that civilization as we know it is collapsing, and that man’s failure to adequately deal with Global Warming is leading to Earth’s very destruction.

According to Scientific America, 40 years ago, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) scholars built the World3 computer model that warned of Earth’s demise in this century.  In a new book, “2052: A Global Forecast for the Next Forty Years,” Jorgen Randers––now with the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo––was one of those who worked on the model.  He argues that Global Warming is making the computer model’s dire conclusions absolutely correct.

Dr. Dennis Meadows, now professor emeritus of systems policy at the University of New Hampshire, headed the original M.I.T. team.  He revisited World3 in 1994 and 2004.  Now, Meadows has an even darker view of Earth’s future:   . . . “the model’s sustainable pathways are no longer within reach because humanity has failed to act accordingly.” In short, it is already too late!

In “War, Famine, Strife, Extinction: Scientists Warn Planet Approaching A ‘Tipping Point’ of An Apocalyptic Nature,” The Extinction Protocol summarized the various ways this planet can go through “a catastrophic breakdown.”

Protocol’s report is based on an article in the journal ‘Nature,’ written by a group of 18 scientists who prepared their report for LiveScience.  Headed by Dr. Anthony Barnosky at the University of California at Berkeley, the group warned that Earth “is headed toward a tipping point marked by extinctions and unpredictable changes on a scale not seen in 12,000 years.”

The scientists examined research on climate change, ecology and other factors that can trigger Earth’s end.  As Barnosky explained:  “You can envision these state changes as a fast period of adjustment where we get pushed through the eye of the needle.”  Well, he says, we are now being pushed:  “. . . that’s when we see political strife, economic strife, war and famine.”

San Francisco University professor, Arne Mooers, agrees.  She excitedly stresses:  “Once a threshold-induced planetary state shift occurs, there’s no going back.  So, if a system switches to a new state because you’ve added lots of energy, even if you take out the new energy, it won’t revert back to the old system. The planet doesn’t have any memory of the old state.”

Mooers adds:  “. . . the social structures for doing something just aren’t there.  My colleagues . . . are terrified.”  Put that on wholesale Christian accessories, “Scientists Are Terrified Because People Won’t Listen.”  Years ago God told the prophet Ezekiel that people don’t listen:  “[They] will not hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto Me.  [They] are impudent and hardhearted (Ezekiel 3: 7).” But Planet Earth is running out of Time!  We had better start listening NOW!

One in Seven People Starving, Even in U.S.A.

URGENT!!!  ATTENTION!!! In this the richest country on earth, we have 8.3 million––or one in seven––senior citizens a month facing hunger.  This factors as a huge 14.85 percent of the population of seniors in this country.

Is it a coincidence that, according to AFP News, the United Nations uses the same ‘one in seven’ percentage to describe the total number of people suffering hunger around the world?  Aren’t Americans taken better off than others?

Staff writers for SPX News Service report on a story out of the University of Illinois, Urbana, that from 2001 to 2010, “the number of seniors experiencing the threat of hunger has increased by 78 percent.”

Craig Gundersen, associate professor of agricultural and consumer economics and executive director of the National Soybean Research Laboratory there, adds that the recession has increased ‘food insecurity’ among seniors in three years by 34 percent, and this has great implications for senior health:

“Compounding the problem is that food insecurity is also associated with a host of poor health outcomes for seniors such as reduced nutrient intakes and limitations in activities of daily living, [and] will likely lead to additional nutritional and health challenges for our nation.” Gundersen asserts.

He further explains that this will rise statistics “among the near poor, whites, widows, non-metro residents, the retired, women, and among households with no grandchildren present.”  Gundersen stresses that he is most surprised that “out of those seniors who face the threat of hunger, the majority have incomes above the poverty line and are white.”  In contrast racial or ethnic minority seniors with lower incomes who live in the South and Southwest areas of the U.S. and are between 60 and 69 “are most likely to be threatened by hunger.”

Dr. Gundersen’s study is the first in the series of annual reports tracking senior hunger in this country.  It is based on data collected by the Current Population Survey that is based on USDA’s Core Food Security Module.  But it is unclear as to how these reports will result in more food for hungry seniors.

These issues will be discussed at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations at a conference in Rio de Janeiro the 20th to 22nd of this month.  The conference will cover:  1) Ways to get food to the three quarters of the world’s poor living in rural areas, most of whom produce their own food;  2)  Requiring nations to provide better infrastructure for better food shipment; 3) Methods to reduce the 1.3 billion tons of global food wastes each year, etc.

What date on Christian calendars do we need reminders about our duty to feed the poor.  Indeed He promises rewards for those who feed the hungry because He is with them: “I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in (Matthew 25: 35).” Every day!!

New and Continuously ‘Mysterious’ Diseases

posted by Dr. Ad Versery Bored @ 13:54 PM
June 7, 2012

Yesterday, I blogged about the outbreak of mysterious spiders in various locations around the world, but today we must discuss the various mysterious diseases that are also breaking out, even in the ‘more healthy’ United States.

In Nepal, not far from Kathmandu, at least 200 people “at Neta of Arman Village Development Committee in Myagdi district,” are sick from an unidentified disease.   Harka Bahadur Chhantyal, a teacher in the Mangala Higher Secondary School, says the disease has hit most members of some 50 families.

He says symptoms are shaking body, fever and unconsciousness.  The old and children are most affected.  Villagers are panicked at the disease’s rapid spread.
The Arman Health Post has arranged a health camp to distribute medicine among the sick.  However,  we wait to get more information on scientific analyses that has been done on this disease.  But news comes slowly from so far away.

While it’s closer to home, researchers don’t know what causes Kawasaki Disease, a rare autoimmune disorder among children that inflames their blood vessels.  However, while researching arteries of young patients who died from this malady, Dr. Anne Rowley, pediatrics professor at Northwestern University may have found the cause:  a new virus family.  Research is ongoing.

And, while the cases we know of are in the United States, news media here scantily covers the five cases of “flesh eating bacteria” in the South:  Georgia, South Carolina and Florida.  But in Nebraska doctors have dealt with five cases of this disease in the last month.  Yet, I still cannot report that research is ongoing!

The best coverage of the Southern cases is from the Daily Mail in Britain (i.e. not a U.S. news organization).  It states: “ . . . victims are recovering in hospitals . . . after picking up the bacteria from cuts and wounds.  Necrotizing fasciitis, . . known as ‘flesh-eating disease’, is a . . . vicious bacterial infection [that causes] body tissue to die, . . .[It] can destroy skin, muscles and fat.”

In a new book, “Surviving the ‘Flesh-Eating ‘Bacteria:”  Understanding, Preventing, Treating, and Living Living with The Effects of Necrotizing Fasciitis,” Jacqueline A. Roemmele and Donna Batdorff say that victims catch this bug from sources like: C-sections or other abdominal surgeries; scratching a rash; giving birth vaginally; a tiny scratch, or cut; a routine blood draw; or no trauma at all.”

These in-depth researchers suggest it is most important to keep skin in tact. They insist on the use of antibiotic ointments, and avoidance of Strep infection.

Further, I advise that we see diseases through the eyes of  God, Who views all diseases as evil.  So He sent His Son to destroy them:  “. . . He gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease (Matthew 10: 1).”  Make up Bible verse cards around words like sickness, illness, diseases, etc., and then say them.  You’ll see.  Its good medicine!

New, Killer Spiders, Spiders, Here, There and Everywhere!

posted by Dr. Ad Versery Bored @ 11:14 AM
June 6, 2012

Reports are flowing into my office about deadly attacks from giant spiders.  Arachnologists, environmentalists, and health specialists are warning health workers to look out for spider bites.  We are particularly concerned in the United States where Global Warming pushes deadly spiders north and east from the south.

This is especially urgent now that two people have been killed by an unknown spider species in Sadiya in Assam, India, where villagers celebrating a Hindu festival were swarmed by an  invasion if giant spiders.

Two victims bitten by these huge insects died and others are hospitalized. Ranjit Das, a Sadiya elder told AFP News, “Initially we thought it was a prank, but later on we saw swarms of this peculiar kind of spider biting people.”  The spider is not native to Assam.  There is no record of poisonous spiders ever being there.

Authorities moved quickly to spray the area with insecticides.  “It appears to be an aggressive spider with its fangs more powerful than the normal variety of house spiders,”  Dr. L.R. Saikia, explains.  Villagers claim the insect will “leap onto anything that comes close to it, and often latches onto the victim after biting.

According to ‘The Truth Behind the Scenes,’ Hospital Superintendent, Dr. Anil Phatowali claims doctors have not administered antivenin because “All the bite patients first went to witch doctors, who cut open their wounds with razors, drained out blood and burnt it. That could have also made them sick.”

The deadly red-back spider that has killed at least 14 people in Australia, is now crawling throughout Britain.  Writing for,  Antonella Lazzeri reports:  “The Australian red-back, a relative of the Black Widow, is one of the deadliest in Oz [Australia].”  Now latching onto flights from Australia, “Red-backs . . . [are now] found all over the country [Britain]. . .”

The spider threat in the U.S. is the “extraordinarily venomous” brown recluse, the most deadly spider in North America.  Ben Jervey, Environment editor at, urgently warns that this killer beast is moving out of rural Texas into more populated areas north and east because of unrelenting Global Warming.

Nikki Perez was bitten by a brown recluse at the Amarillo airport. “At first, the bite makes the area swell up before the affected area expands, changes to red, and the skin appears to harden. The victim can show other symptoms such as fever, shivering, nausea and vomiting,” the Daily Mail explains.  Terrified, Nikki was hospitalized for days. “It started spreading to my other eye. I was going blind . . .” Eventually, she had plastic surgery, because the bite had rotted off part of her ear.

Finis Dake points out that end-time disasters will be a repeat of Egypt’s calamities in the Book of Exodus wherein that offending nation suffered repeated attacks from all kinds of insects (8: 21- 31; Psalms 78: 45, 105: 31).  With today’s threats from spiders, these are Christian messages to write home about.

Europe’s Unstated Economic War: Did Germany Just Win?

posted by Ida B. Wells IV @ 17:43 PM
June 4, 2012

I’ve been saying it and saying it.  But is anyone listening???  Europe is at war, and Germany––the same nation that started World Wars I and II––started it again, and this time it looks like Hitler’s team is winning without firing a shot!

When they joined the European Union (EU), ‘chosen’ nations believed a joint economic system would bring assured growth.  Some U.S. economists feared that the strong euro currency would soon eclipse the United States.

But other economists correctly asserted that EU’s loose economic system would never work without a unified centralized banking system, a monetary enforcer (i.e. Federal Reserve Board), an enforceable tax plan for every nation, etc.

Now too many European nations realize that those doomsayers were right––  most of them are deeply in debt to Germany!  How did this happen?  Because Germany always had the stronger economy, because part of the EU agreement included nations going into debt to buy products from Germany (which many didn’t need), because those nations made the mistake of trusting Germany again!

And now Hitler’s team tightens the screws.  In “Europe Mulls Major Step Towards “Fiscal Union,” Reuters reports this morning:  “German Chancellor Angela Merkel is pressing for much more ambitious measures, including a central authority to manage euro area finances, and major new powers for the European Commission, European Parliament and European Court of Justice.”

Further, German officials say that Merkel is “also seeking a coordinated European approach to reforming labor markets, social security systems and tax policies.” Until nations agree to her new proposal, she will not consider other proposed alternatives such as euro zone bonds, or a ‘banking union.’

In short, if EU nations agree to this ‘bullying,’ they lose their sovereignty.  And Germany will have completely won this continent’s economic war!

The intensity of this type of war is well illustrated in Clive Owen’s film, “The International.” Owen plays an Interpol detective named Louis Salinger, who chases bankers, who are not only crooks, but murderers as well, all over Europe.

When he, and New York police detective Eleanor Whitman (played by Naomi Watts), interview Industrialist Umberto Calvini (played by Luca Barbareschi), the two ask Calvini why these bankers are funding arms for so many wars around the world.  Calvini answers, “Its not about guns.  It’s about debt.  Whoever controls the debt controls the country!”

So the debt of European countries trusting Hitler’s Germany again has plunged them into the nightmare of all being German!  As Bible prophecies warn:  “But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire (2 Peter 2: 22).”  As our sister blog writes, the jackboots will soon march again!

Can you believe this?  In a very much under-reported story, Japan’s government and its largest public utility company now say they “underestimated” the amount of radiation released in last year’s nuclear meltdown!

This is absurd!  In “Utility Says It Underestimated Radiation Released in Japan,” Reuters News Service ‘calmly’ explains:  “The amount of radioactive materials released in the first days of the Fukushima nuclear disaster was almost two and a half times the initial estimate by Japanese safety regulators, the operator of the crippled plant said in a report” released this week.

Two and a half times??  How long can this go on???  TEPCO, the Tokyo Electric Power Company, now says that “the meltdowns it believes took place at three reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi plant released about 900,000 terabecquerels of radioactive substances into the air during March 2011.

“The latest estimate was based on measurements suggesting the amount of iodine-131 released by the nuclear accident was much larger than previous estimates.”  Then, Reuters, says ‘oh by the way,’ “Iodine-131 is a fast-decaying radioactive substance produced by fission that takes place inside a nuclear reactor. It has a half-life of eight days and can cause thyroid cancer.”

Aaaaggghhhhh. “Can cause thyroid cancer???!!!”  Jael has to take me off this assignment.  It is driving me nuts!  Why are these nuclear power idiots around the world allowed to built such dangerous foolishness, endangering people’s lives?

And get this:  Now Japanese officials are saying that they probably should have moved even more people away from the exploding plant.  “Although people who lived closest to the plant were evacuated, many people remain in areas with significantly higher radiation levels than normal.”

TEPCO asks us to understand that “it had initially been unable to accurately judge the amount of radioactive materials released soon after the accident because radiation sensors closest to the plant were disabled in the disaster.”

Disabled???? What good are sensors that are suppose to measure danger if the danger can so easily destroy the sensors????  Who built this foolishness??? Dennis the Menace?? Nah!!  Even Dennis would have done a better job!!

How can Reuters so calmly report these outrageous statements?  How can The New York Times so carefully hide this Reuters story among its back pages?  Oh, and then Reuters says:  “The newly released information is likely to add to concerns among many Japanese that they were never told the extent of the accident or the risks it posed.”  Aaagghhhh again. The world can’t take much more of this.

That’s it? Add to concerns?  Hurry, praying people:  “Open Christian prayer books.  Pray with Apostle John to whom The LORD said, Surely I come quickly. Amen. And John answered, Even so, come, Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:20).”
