Title: Victory Goals for Christian Believers in 2017

December 28, 2016

Looking back on 2016, it has been a year of struggle and disappointment for many believers—jobs of even meager earnings have been lost, some family members have been unfaithful and devilish, managing finances proved arduous, and maintaining a modicum of faith in God was often a struggle.  Yet He was faithful, He kept His children afloat and they survived.  Even so, most Christians look forward to 2017 with anticipation and hope that things will be not just better, but victorious, for themselves, their families and friends.

spiritual-growth-necessary    First, all believers must recognize that we are living in the last days of man’s rule on earth. People all over the globe live with or watch war, death, and poverty encroach upon their lives on a daily basis. Many good people did not survive 2016. Thus, Christians must double-down on attaining the spiritual growth necessary, not only for survival, but for Victory in 2017.  These growth factors must include more Bible, more prayer, more love for God, family and everyone else, and more godliness in thoughts, words and actions.

Thus, Christians must dedicate themselves to knowing the Bible better.  It is not enough just to read what people write about the Bible. True believers must read God’s Word for themselves. Enough of this sitting in church for twenty years and not knowing how to find the Book of Habakkuk, or who Apostle Jude is.  Christians must dedicate more personal time each day to studying—and praying in and about–God’s Word for themselves.

Such re-dedication to His Holy Word means reading it more, learning the organization and types of its Books—i.e. History, Prophecy, Gospels, Epistles, etc.—and praying more for understanding of That Word.  It also means memorizing more Bible verses.  The warrior Joshua demands that God’s people think more—i.e. memorize—God’s Words: “This Book of the Law shall not depart [i.e. stop coming] out of thy mouth [through speaking and confession]; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success (Joshua 1: 8).”

Some preachers teach that confessing a few favorite verses is enough, but true believers must live and believe what they confess. (A person confessing the same verse several times a day, but using vile and faithless language otherwise, while exercising shallow faith in The True God, should not expect full blessings.)  Memorizing and confessing as much of God’s Word as possible makes His Word a part of you, and you then become a walking example of His Word.

Let me explain another reason for memorizing and repeating verses as often as possible:  Back when memorizing-and-repeating-versesthe walls of the Soviet Union fell, the people living behind the Iron Curtain screamed with joy and delight.  One man stood up on the rubble and demanded that they all thank God for their new-found freedom (that freedom coming largely from faithful Christians in the Free World Christians who prayed). A few tried to lead in a hymn they remembered from their childhood. One man tried to lead them in The LORD’s prayer, but sadly, few could remember the words.

Why? Because, the Communist government indoctrinated their own books as the ‘new Bibles.’ Those same rulers tore down most churches or turned them into office buildings. Anything that those in the crowd remembered about God’s Word came from what their grandmothers had taught them decades ago.  Soon school, newspapers, politicians—yes even radio, television and worldly music–obliterated God’s Word from their minds.  (Even more shameful, too many who confess to be Christians in the U.S. today also have slight memory of God’s Written Word, because they seldom bother to memorize some of It’s passages, and spend more time on the things of this world.)

Remember, The LORD Jesus says that His Words are the very essence of life:  “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (John 6: 63).”  Apostle John also wrote of His Savior:  “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. In Him was life; and the life was the light of men (John 1: 1 – 4).” Your Savior knows where the jobs are, and He knows the job He wants you to have.  He also knows where the funds are for your businesses.

As the Old Testament writer, Job, learned through his many struggles:  “Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold where they fine it. . . .  The stones of it are the place of sapphires: and it hath dust of gold. There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture’s eye hath not seen: The lion’s whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it. . . God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof  (28: 1 – 23).” The vicious fowl, vultures and lions refer to that feigned god, Satan, and his evil angels and demons–the ones which use the Christian’s wrong words and actions, and that of others, to block the successes God wants to give His children.  So in 2017 we must stop cooperating with these destroyers and start walking and speaking more in God’s methods for our health, happiness and good success.

Job learned these truths through suffering and loss, and he left us a road map so that we can find the path that God has for our favor, honor and good success.  So open those wholesale Christian Bibles and get ready for 2017 to be the best and most prosperous year you have ever had!  Next we will suggest new prayer goals for 2017.  Don’t forget to catch our internet radio-TV show on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. EST at Worship Detroit.com. God Bless you, and let us shout thanksgiving together for God’s blessings in the coming New Year!

Knowing More About Revelation in These Last Days

posted by Jael Ever @ 7:00 AM
December 25, 2016

book-of-revelation   Some time ago, my daughter, Nancy, asked me to turn to the Book of Revelation for more in-depth teaching.  The show’s Producer, had been begging the same thing for months. He even changed the name from ‘Home for Today and Tomorrow’ to ‘End Time Revelation.’ But other team members balked, wanting to keep the old name.  So he simply combined the two.  But I have still been reluctant to do so.

For one thing, I insist that readers, listeners and viewers must know more about the whole Bible, not just the last book.  As a Bible teacher, I know that one cannot grasp this last book of the Bible, without knowing more about the other 65 books in God’s Holy Word.  So before exploring what men have named, The Revelation of St. John, The Divine (but The Holy Spirit calls The Revelation of Jesus Christ (verse one), I ask audiences turn to the Table of Contents in their Bibles.

The problem is that too many modern-day translations only have an alphabetical Table of Contents, which is antithetical to God’s intention, because the Bible is an historical book which moves from the first and second creations to Adam, to Abraham, through Jewish history to the birth and ministry of Our LORD Jesus Christ, and the formation and continuation of His Church.

So readers should mark (or create) their own Table of Contents thusly: I. Genesis to Deuteronomy – The Five Books of Moses; II. Joshua to Esther – 12 books of History; III. Job to Song of Solomon – 5 books of poetry; IV. Isaiah to Ezekiel The Four Major Prophets (but in 5 Books because Jeremiah added Lamentations); and V. Hosea to Malachi The 12 Minor Prophets. Thus, there are 39 Books in The Old Testament. And each book in The Old Testament refers to the coming of The LORD Jesus Christ.

In The New Testament, of course there are the Four Gospels recording the life and ministry of The LORD Jesus Christ—Matthew, Mark, Luke and John; and then Acts, the New Testament book of history, establishing the birth of His Church. Next come the Epistles (or letters) of the Apostles, of which Paul wrote 14, from Romans to Hebrews; James one; Peter two, John 3, Jude one, and then The Book Revelation also by John—all adding to 27 Books in The New Testament, for a total of 66 Books in The Bible.

OK, so why the reluctance?  Because this Book–which promises, by the way, to bless all who read it, hear it and obey it—also gives what could be the most damning condemnation for so many today who call themselves Christians: namely that just because someone was once born again, or goes to church regularly, or sometimes confesses knowing Christ Jesus does not mean that person is going to that eternal place of blessing and joy called heaven.

In chapters two and three of wholesale Christian Bibles, The Resurrected LORD Jesus examines church-at-ephesus-to-repentseven churches and explains to each that eternal blessings are only for ‘Overcomers’.  In 2: 1 – 6, while He lauds them for some good accomplishments, He nonetheless begs members of the Church at Ephesus to repent:  “Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent (2: 4 – 5).” Loss of the candlestick means that church loses its Spirit-filled, God-appointed pastor.

Without Holy Spirit appointed leadership, church members cannot grow spiritually.  These are grave consequences, which only strong Christians can overcome.  Thus, The LORD adds:  “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God (2: 7).”

In each message to the seven churches, The Savior repeats that eternal blessings and rewards are only for those who fight to overcome obstacles and temptations from the world, the flesh and the devil put before every born-again believer in Jesus Christ.  Yes, all believers will face attacks, but they must fight to overcome them (i.e. Ephesians 6: 10-18).  Let us resolve that in 2017, we will fight—by getting into God’s Word much more, praying more, loving others more than ever, returning to and loving The LORD Jesus more than ever—to be the best and strongest true Christian generation God has ever known!

The Kingdom of Heaven Is Not A Democracy, Pt. 3

posted by Jael Ever @ 7:00 AM
October 20, 2016

jonah-rebellian    Most Bible teachers insist that Jonah is a type of Christ, because they both spent three whole days and nights in the middle of hell. But Jonah could also be an anti-type of Christ, the difference being obeying God with one’s whole heart, soul and body as The LORD Jesus did. But the prophet Jonah did not obey God this way. Jonah insisted that God was wrong in asking the prophet to preach repentance and salvation in Nineveh. He knew God was full of love and mercy for all mankind. But he did not want God to forgive Nineveh, because of what that nation had done to Israel.  Jonah held these beliefs before he died and went to hell, and he held them after God resurrected him from hell.  Again, the prophet stubbornly believed that heaven is a democracy where one can properly disagree with God and remain in heaven. (Excuse me, didn’t Satan himself try that?)

Yes even Jonah admits that he was dead—stone cold dead–three days and three nights in the pit of hell: “. . . I cried by reason of mine affliction unto The LORD, and He heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and Thou heardest my voice . . . The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head—[just as a crown of thorns was placed on Christ’s head]—I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me forever: yet thou has brought up my life from corruption, O Lord my God (Jonah 2: 1 – 7).”

And yes, The Lord Jesus acknowledged that Jonah’s experience was “a sign” of His own coming ordeal: “Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

“For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here (Matthew 12: 38 – 42).”

Many claim that Jonah repented while he was in hell.  But The Bible does not say that. While praying in hell, Jonah spoke of “ observing lying vanities” and “forsaking his own mercy.” He promised to be more thankful to God, and to pay what he had previously vowed. But nowhere does he mention Nineveh or ask God’s forgiveness for his hateful attitude towards his enemies.

Now consider Jonah’s physical condition when “the fish . . . vomited out Jonah upon dry land (2: 9).” This prophet walks into Nineveh, the capital of Assyria, covered with fish vomit and the massive animal’s digestive juices eating into his body and his soul and spirit shambled and shuttering.  Obviously, he gained everyone’s attention as he walked through the massive city for another 72 hours preaching repentance or judgment.  Those physical and mental scars would stay with the prophet for the rest of his life. It would have been far better for him if he had just obeyed God with a willing heart in the first place.

Perhaps Jonah is the only evangelist who did not want his audience to be saved.  But the goodness nineveh-repentedand mercy of God prevailed. The people of Nineveh repented and God granted the nation 70 years of forgiveness and renewal—because every generation must seek God on its own (see the Book of Nahum).  But after Nineveh’s revival, Jonah is still furious with God: “But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry. And he prayed unto the LORD, and said, I pray thee, O LORD, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil. Therefore now, O LORD, take, I beseech thee, my life from me; for it is better for me to die than to live (4: 1 -3).”

Shocking! Isn’t the whole point of knowing God is to want to be like Him? How could a man who had experienced actual death in hell, even pray to immediately die again? Modern day psychologists (who greatly influence theological preachers) could say he was just depressed. No this prophet was still in rebellion against God and against His will.  I included The LORD’s linking of Jonah and Solomon above, because these could well be two Bible writing ex-believers who chose to go to hell, rather than to willingly obey God.  Because the book that Jonah wrote ends on this note, we do not know conclusively where he ended in eternity. But we do know that Adam, Solomon and Judas are in hell today, because they refused to repent and obey God’s Word and His Will.

But why spend so much time on Jonah’s wish to rebel against God, his willingness to change from an apostle to an apostate? Because such fake so-called Christian leadership has thousands of such followers in these last days. In 2 Timothy, Hebrews, 2 Peter, Jude, and Revelation, Wholesale Christian Bibles fervently asks believers not to follow people or personalities. Each believer can be saved only by believing on Jesus Christ, not on people who claim to follow Him.  Christians must test those who say they are preachers, prophets, etc. by God’s Word. And they must read it with dedication and obedience for themselves.  Pray for God’s Will alone to be carried out in your life.  And always seek to please God, not people.  Don’t follow another human being into Hell!

The Kingdom of Heaven Is Not A Democracy

christian-heaven-gates    Yes we are Christians.  Yes, we are born again.  But we have not yet reached heaven. We do not now live in “The Promise Land.” The Kingdom of Heaven is a monarchy—that is it government by and under the Rule of one: The King, Who is The God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ.  Things are done His way and those who are in heaven serve Him and do as He directs, not by force, but willingly and gladly.

Hence, the importance of The Lord Jesus’ Words in His famous prayer: “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6: 10).” We should also remember His words during His agony in The Garden before the Cross: “Saying, Father, if Thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but Thine, be done (Luke 22: 42).”

Certainly, those who rebelled against Moses in the wilderness thought they participated in a democracy. They simply would not stop complaining and blaming God and Moses for any difficulties.  They thought it was their right to speak out and rebel. Yet as Jude writes in The New Testament: “I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not (1: 5).”

Paul also defines that rebellion in the wilderness as stubbornness or hardening of the heart: “And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the  confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,“Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.  Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God (Hebrews 3: 5 – 12).” blessings-from-god

These New Testament writers—i.e. Apostles Peter, Paul, Jude and John–all warned that in these last days in which we now live, there would be a great ‘falling away’: that is some believers—those already weak in faith, Bible knowledge and prayer–will walk away from their faith. Others claiming to be Christians will not have to walk away, because they were always faking salvation. They jumped onto the Christian band wagon at Satan’s insistence and for monetary profit or religious recognition. In view of the apostles’ insistence, now is definitely the time for every Christian to fight as Peter writes: “Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall (2 Peter 1: 10).”  We make that calling and election absolute by doing all we can to obey Our Father and His Word in every area of our lives.

Please remember God’s Name Omnipotent (meaning all powerful).  But you may respond God is also Love and Grace.  Absolutely He is.  And because He is all of those things at once, we should serve and obey Him, because we love Him back and want to please Him. We should never follow His will begrudgingly. As Isaiah writes in wholesale Christian Bibles: “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it (1: 19 – 20).”

Are Today’s Christians Taking God’s Commandments as Suggestions?

posted by Jael Ever @ 10:54 AM
October 4, 2016

first-of-five-books    The Word “commandment(s)” is in the King James Version of The Bible 333 times in either the singular or plural form.  These times include the first five books of God’s Holy Word, and the last four books of that Same Holy Word. (Actually when one considers that Apostle John wrote his Gospel, three epistles and The Book of Revelation in or after 90 AD, it can be inferred that the word “commandment(s)” is in the last five Books of The Bible as well.

What is surprising to believers today is that this Word is used almost as much in The New Testament as in The Old Testament.  So just why do today’s Christians assume that the Word simply does not mean the same for New Testament believers as it did to God’s people in the Old Testament?  Do they simply assume that in this Age of Grace, God does not mean what He says?

Moreover, several times in Books from Matthew to Revelation, Pharisees and other “religious” leaders assumed they had the right to demand that people obey their versions, manipulations and substitutions of God’s Commandments in The Old Testament.  This is reason The LORD Jesus did not begin His ministry using Jewish temple workers and authorities, because they had substituted the laws of God with the laws of men. For instance look at his dealing with religious leaders on one occasion:

“And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

“This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground,as though he heard them not. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

“And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more(John 8: 3 – 11).”

Now actually, the Old Testament Law required that BOTH the man and the woman be stoned.  For instance, Leviticus 20: 10 says:  “And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.”  Could The LORD not have written in the ground: “where is the man”?

Moreover, The LORD Jesus said of the Pharisees and other so-called teachers of The Law: “But he the-ten-commandmentsanswered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

“But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

“Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men (Matthew 15: 3 – 9).

However, when The LORD and His Apostles in Books from Matthew to Revelation use the word “commandment(s)”–outside of those times when they speak of the Pharisees, etc.—-they speak of God’s Holy Word to believers, and that Word demands that believers obey that Word or receive the consequences of disobedience.

For instance, The LORD says: “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. . . . If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love . . . If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. (John 14: 21, 15: 10, 15: 12).”  So what is one to assume will happen to those who don’t keep His commandments as stated in wholesale Christian Bibles?

Finally in his epistles, Saint John makes the Biblical meaning of the word commandment(s)clear:  “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him (1 John 2: 3 – 4).” Beloved, we now live in the last of the last of the last days.  People are falling away from churches, perhaps because they sense insincerity of those professing Christianity.  The only way the world, backsliders and unbelievers will ever know true Christianity is if those of us who are truly born again begin to actually love one another without reservation! We best start doing it now before it is everlastingly too late!

O.K. Believers—Time to Do All You Can to Win Souls for Jesus

posted by Jael Ever @ 7:00 AM
August 11, 2016

army-of-fire    Let’s try it this way:  Read 2 Thessalonians 1: 7 – 11: “And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

“When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:”

Notice that The LORD’s flaming fire is not just for those who do not know Him, have never heard His gospel or accepted Him into their hearts. That fire is also for those “who OBEY NOT the Gospel of our LORD Jesus Christ.”

And just which Scriptures are we suppose to obey you ask? How about starting with His parting words in Mark 16: 15 – 18:  “And he said unto them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak Power-In-The-Name-Of-Jesuswith new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

Which signs are you obeying? What about casting out devils or speaking in tongues?  Do you ever command the devil to get out of people in The Name of Jesus or lay hands on the sick, praying for them, so that the sick will recover.  If not, ask God to please forgive you and baptize you with His Holy Spirit so that you can pray in tongues—thus protecting your prayers from that noisy eavesdropper Satan.

Oh no, you say, they don’t do that or believe in that in my church? Well what are you going to say about such disobedience when  The LORD confronts you about this disregard for His commandments?  Do you think the answer about your church will do?  The disciples who heard His orders in Mark 16: 19 – 20 of wholesale Christian Bibles simply believed and obeyed Him: “So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following.”

And what about Our LORD’s commands in Matthew 28: 18 – 20: “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.”

Which nations have you taught to observe all things that Our LORD commanded us to do?  Notice that in Luke the last Words The LORD Jesus spoke on earth ordered “ . . . that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem (24: 47).”  Who have you preached repentance to commanding that people simply stop sinning?

And are you so different from Peter to whom The LORD ordered three times to “Feed My sheep (John 21: 15 – 17).” So which of His sheep are you feeding? Nowhere in The Bible does it say that only preachers or missionaries have this duty.  Do you think God made a mistake when He called only common men, while He rejected the mucky-mucks in high places?

Please note that throughout the New Testament those who willingly gave themselves wholly to the Gospel of Christ were ordinary “non-big shots”, i.e.: a centurion army man, who although a leader of 100 men was far down from the rank of general—sort of like a lieutenant in today’s army (Matthew 8: 8 – 13).  Look at Paul, who although a religious Pharisee before He accepted Christ into his heart, was an ordinary tent builder who did manual labor with believers such as Aquila and Priscilla (Acts 18: 2 – 4).  Or consider Lydia a merchant who sold cloths she had made with her hands (Acts 16).

Thus, clearly, no believer, no matter how low their status in societal terms, has any excuse for not giving their all to get out the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Let’s see: visiting the elderly with gifts and tracks in hospitals and nursing homes; writing blogs about your faith on the internet (i.e. contact Taryn at I.E. Plexus at 866-712-4451 or 425-956-3297 to start today); praying mightily at church and home prayer meetings; writing and printing books and tracts. . .

Traveling to new cities to witness for Jesus and pass out tracks; starting an on-line internet radio and TV ministry (i.e. contact Worship Center Radio at 313-782-4158); recording Christian witness programs on You-tube; writing Presidents, senators, congressmen, politicians, movie stars, and other famous people telling them about your faith and inviting them to accomplish great things in The Name of Jesus, etc. etc. etc.  There is so much more we can do for The LORD Jesus so we best start NOW!!!

Understanding The God of the Third Heaven

posted by Jael Ever @ 16:02 PM
August 2, 2016

Hebrews-10While downloading various Scriptures on the judgments which born-again believers will face, such as Hebrews 10: 22-31:“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised); And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

“For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.  He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden underfoot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
“For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

. . . Hmm. It occurred to this professing Christian: Believers should provoke to love and to good works, huh? Then there is 1 Peter 4: 17-18: “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?”

But whoa: these verses from First John gave a real roaring shock: “Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world (4: 15-18).”

Big hmmm #2:  Christians can boldly face their judgment when they love—love God and love man just as God loves–unconditionally!  But then let-down: that means most American Christians today will fail their final test, if they make it in at all, because in this generation, most professing believers love Jesus-Firstthemselves first, and maybe their own families second.

Of course, when God’s Holy Spirit writes “love,” He means the supernatural love that The LORD Jesus Christ showed during His earthy ministry. His example is the most crucial test that Americans who claim to be Christians do not understand: The Lord Jesus walked continually in love for ALL people—except those who faked religion under the guise of rightful leadership—these do everything they can to kill God’s true love!

In everything He did and said, The LORD Jesus was living testimony of The Love of God.  Even most of His disciples could not comprehend such love: first that He chose them, common working men, to be His disciples. Judas interpreted such ‘unseen before love’ as human weakness that he betray to his advantage.  Peter thought he could easily deny and disassociate himself from such love.

But that God Kind of Love forgives those who repent as Peter did, and Judas did not. That’s the God-kind of love that Apostle Paul—who had hated and violently persecuted Christian believers—discovered on the Damascus Road (Acts 9: 3 – 15).  It is the kind of love that enabled him years later to explain in 1 Corinthians 13:

“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity [love], I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity [love], I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity [love], it profiteth me nothing (1-3) . . . .

Meditating in wholesale Christian Bibles, leaves nothing more to say, except: “Oh God, please, please help me to love in every way that I can as you love”!

Choose The Third Heaven Instead of The Lowest Hell

earth-destruction     The first earth destruction was so far-reaching that the prior material existence of all living beings and planets, etc. were destroyed as well.  In Genesis chapter One, only the term “heaven” is mentioned (i.e. verses 15, 17 and 20).  But in chapter Two the term “heavens” is mentioned. This is the second heaven, that is the area known on earth today as space.

Thus, Scripture is saying that this first fight between Satan and his forces and God and His forces was so fierce that God destroyed—or at least burnt out—all the planets, stars, etc. that space ‘scientists’—astrologists of those days–could view beyond earth’s realm and recreated them as He did with earth:
“Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them (Genesis 2: 1).” And “These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens (Genesis 2: 4)”

The term ‘burn out’ refers to all material type objects, but not to spiritual beings.  Satan, his angels, as well as the spirits of people living on earth under Satan’s rule were made to live forever–just as all human beings are today.  Thus, the only account for what are known on earth today as “demons” must be the spirits of those human beings who lived on earth with dying fleshly parts when they rebelled with Satan against God.

Look at these Scriptures from wholesale Christian Bibles for accounts of that first earth and second heaven destruction: “I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.

“I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger (Jeremiah 4: 23 – 26).”

This is not Noah’s flood. There is no record of darkness in Noah’s account, nor of the earth being without form and void.  Notice this language of “the earth being without form and void” is the same as that of Genesis 1: 2. Also, this account says that there was no man. Again this cannot be Noah flood for six people were left on the earth during that flood, and also there were birds who helped Noah to navigate.

In one of his letters, Apostle Peter refers to this first total earth destruction as “the world that then was”: “For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

“Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men (2 Peter 3: 5 – 7).

Today, we live in the same world or earth that Noah lived it. This earth we live on has never perished. It has never stood out of water—that is being “entirely dry” with no steams, rivers, seas or oceans.” Also, the Greek term “kosmos” refers to “social system.”  Today, we live in the same social system that Noah lived in with “normal” families and governments. That social system existing between Genesis 1: 1 and 1: 2 has been destroyed.

However, in earth’s second judgment, under Noah, the second heaven is not mentioned as being destroyed. “And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die (Genesis 6: 17).”

Now as to that Third Heaven: Many prophets in The Old Testament referred to this heaven as the heaven of heavens: “Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth. . . (Nehemiah 9: 6).” And King David prayed: “But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded? (I Kings 8: 27).”

And Apostle Paul writes of this heaven: “I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in Third-Heaventhe body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter (2 Corinthians 12: 2 – 4).”

Beloved, it is to this third heaven that The LORD Jesus Christ will take all the saints soon and very soon. That is the heaven you want to go to.  It is where God The Father lives now. Paul, John, and many prophets and disciples have seen it. It is where the everlasting power of God dwells in full view and without measure. Don’t keep working and sinning for Satan to go to hell. Get into God’s Word, ask The LORD Jesus to renew His presence in your heart and cling to Him so that when He returns for His Body you will go with Him to that beautiful, glorious Third Heaven!

Hell! Why Would Anyone Work To Go There?

Horrors-HellConsidering the work that The Triune God—The Infinitely Almighty Father, The Blessed Savior Son Jesus, and The Overwhelming Powerful Holy Spirit—have done to redeem all people from sin and from the grip of that wretched monster Satan, from his rebellious fallen angels, and from his minion devious demons—one must wonder why anyone would choose to join that evil ban in Hell.

The Bible, God’s Holy Word of promises and warnings, which He wrote to give individual souls in every generation a passage out of the evil ones’ ultimate abode, details the unspeakable horrors of Hell:

1.     The LORD Jesus says that place was solely created for those who rebel against God: “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

“For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not (Matthew 25: 41-43).”

2.     Obviously, Hell is a place of never ending fire–a burning leaving human sufferers in a perpetual state of unbelievable pain:  “Let burning coals fall upon them: let them be cast into the fire; into deep pits, that they rise not up again (Psalms 140:10).”

3.    The LORD Jesus also warns that those who persist in serving Satan will join their counterparts in Hell: “Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

“Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you,  Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

“And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal (Matthew 25: 43 – 46).”

Wholesale Christian Bibles reports that when men rebelled against Moses, they, and their whole families were dumped into Hell through the opening of a sinkhole in the earth:

“And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins. So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.

“And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind. If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.

“But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.

“And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder earth-swallowsthat was under them: And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.

“They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.
And all Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up also (Numbers 16:26-34).”

Again, please understand, Hell is an actual place.  It is located in the center of the earth.  Whatever you think you gain on earth by serving Satan, is it worth your body and soul? Is it worth your feeling the pains of death forever?

If you change your mind, deciding that service to sin and Satan is not worth the pay for such a price, simply call on The Eternal God, Our Everlasting Father, using The Name of Jesus His Son, as your right to pray for forgiveness and blessing.  And He will save you.  He will forgive your sins and save you from going to Hell!

Stumble in Darkness—Ignoring Prayer & God’s Holy Word

posted by Jael Ever @ 14:05 PM

Prayer in school       Before the 1960s, the overwhelming majority of Americans from ages 4 or 5 to 18, regardless of race, ethnicity or religion, shared three things five days a week in school: 1) Prayer, 2) The Bible, and 3) The Pledge of Allegiance.  Then suddenly, millions of children who daily  lifted their voices to God were bound into silence.

In 1962 in the Engel vs. Vitale case, Stephen Engel, along with three others of his Jewish brethren, and a self-proclaimed ‘spiritual’ person, objected to this particular prayer sent up to God in New York public schools:

“Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Amen.”

23 states sided with New York, urging that prayer in schools be continued.  But The American Jewish Committee, The Synagogue Council of America and the American Ethical sided with Engel’s group, which won the case before the Supreme Court. From that day forward, prayer was disavowed in America’s public schools.

One year later a woman named Madelyn Murray O’Hair, a confessed atheist and practicing witch and servant of Satan, brought a case in the Supreme Court to stop Bible reading in the public schools of the U.S.  Again, unbelievers won, and the Bible was washed away from daily devotions among American youth.

Soon thereafter, instructions from liberalized theological schools in most major denominations, urged group-prayerschurches across the nation to substitute Wednesday evening prayer meetings with Bible studies.  American Christians had been holding group prayer meetings since the great Holy Spirit revivals in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries which filled churches with millions of new converts.

Through the prayers of white and black Americans, the bondage of slavery was broken. And through those same prayers, segregation in the country ended.

The power of those prayers, from school children and churches—as well as from military chaplains and their commanding generals who insisted that prayer was offered up continually for the fighting troops–gave the U.S. victory through two World Wars, as well as the Cold War.  But, as prayer ended, this nation has not won another war since.

Before those prayers ended, the United States was known as a Christian nation. Now, how do our leaders define this country?  Unless massive prayer in The Name of Jesus, based on God’s Word, is restored this nation has no hope of survival.

As Ephesians 6:18 instructs in wholesale Christian Bibles:  “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” And 1 Thessalonians 5: 17 adds: “Pray without ceasing.”

Christians must get to work asking God’s forgiveness for neglecting prayer and His Word, and begging Him to have mercy upon our nation, our children, our leaders and our military. Stumbling in darkness only leads to danger, accidents and ultimately flirts with death!
